Paper Moon Music Studio Policy


Monthly Lesson Payment Policy:

Lesson payments are due on the first week of the month. A flat fee of $110 for half hour lessons and $220 for hour lessons will cover you for each month of weekly lessons.* Payment may be made at your lesson using cash, check, or credit card or via our website: www.SanDiegoGuitarLessons.com/ purchase.htm. Ongoing automatic monthly payments may be arranged by selecting the "Subscription" option on the website's purchase page.

Make-up Lesson / 24-hour cancellation Policy:

All lessons canceled with 24-hour notice may be rescheduled within the calendar month but not after (lessons cannot be "rolled over" to the next month). Make-up lessons will be scheduled according to the instructor's availability and that of the studio; your lessons can also be rescheduled with another Paper Moon Music teacher. Registration for music lessons is an agreement between the student and teacher to commit to the scheduled weekly lesson time, your best bet is to show up to each weekly lesson to avoid possibly losing that lesson. To schedule a make-up, the lesson must be an excused absence; that is, it must have been canceled with 24-hour prior notice. Those appointments not canceled with 24-hour notice will not be eligible for make-ups.

Two Week Notice of Withdrawal:

You may withdraw from your lessons at any time; however, Paper Moon Music kindly requests that you give 2 weeks notice so that we may schedule new students into your time slot.

Student Website Login:

The studio website www.SanDiegoGuitarLessons.com contains a student log-in area on the homepage where students can enter to access their schedule, practice log, and lesson/payment history. There is a separate page where you can send an email with any questions or concerns. Students/parents can also log in and access payment information, as well as arrange to pay online by credit card or PayPal.>
